Our Cancellation Policy
While we understand that things occur that can cause you to have to cancel or even no show, please help us manage our schedule(and yours), by contacting us if you will not be able to keep your commitment. Same day cancellations less than 3 hours prior and No-shows will be handled much the same as an outdoor golf course with online bookings. A credit card will be required for making the reservation and a no-show fee or cancellation fee may be charged in the amount of time booked. The credit card only holds the reservation and the customer can reply to the confirmation text to communicate with us.
